Short, and all of it enforced in code rather than on this page.

Listing

Anyone, anywhere, any product, project or profile. One link or one @handle per listing.
Listing is free and puts you in Just added, unranked, newest first.
Your title, one-line description and logo are pulled from the link. Drop a PNG instead if you would rather choose.
There are no accounts, no passwords, nothing to log into.
A free listing gets a private manage link, shown once when you submit. It edits or deletes that listing. Lose the link and there is no recovering it.
Once a listing is ranked, it is never edited or deleted, only re-bid.

Bidding

Whole US dollars only. $5 minimum to claim a rank, $1 minimum increment after that.
To take #1 you must beat the current top score by at least $5.
Equal scores are broken by whichever payment landed first.
Your rank is claimed when the payment confirms, not when you submit the form. If a payment fails, nothing changes.
Re-bidding your own listing keeps the same page, the same link and its click history.

Decay

A claimed rung loses 2% of its score per day, computed fresh every time the board is read.
Roughly 55% of what you paid is still working for you at 30 days, 16% at 90.
Both numbers are public on every listing: what was paid, and what it scores today.

Refunds, plainly

Bids are final. Getting outbid is not a refund, and neither is decay: both are the product working as described. If a payment is taken and no rank is claimed because of a fault on our side, that is refunded in full, in the original currency, within five working days. Everything is charged in USD through Dodo Payments, who are the merchant of record.

What gets removed

Chat and invite links (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp and the like) are rejected on submission.
Tracking and affiliate query parameters are stripped from every URL. Shorteners are resolved to their destination before storing.
Adult, illegal and malware links are removed on sight, without refund.
